We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliverables
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a tech or software company
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
