Job Description
We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces and a deep understanding of user experience principles. You will work on designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that delight users and drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions
- Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system and component library
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
- Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
